These sessions are offered weekly and many people choose to attend regularly. Returning each week allows the body and mind to settle more easily over time, making it simpler to switch off, feel grounded, and carry that sense of calm into everyday life.
Summary
A gentle weekly pause designed to help you:
slow down,
settle your thoughts, &
ease the feeling of being switched on all the time.
Guided meditations, simple reflection, journaling opportunities, and the occasional sound-bath immersion, create a calm and supportive experience.
Tell me more:
It’s an hour you gift to yourself — a chance to step out of the rush, breathe a little more deeply, and give your nervous system time to reset.
Each class is guided and includes a calming meditation.
The experience may also include some gentle visualisation, simple journaling prompts, and at times, the soft sounds of singing bowls to support deeper relaxation.
Some sessions are quietly reflective, others lightly uplifting — always steady, supportive, and easy to follow.
You’re welcome to lay down on a yoga mat, or being seated in a chair can be arranged if this is more comfortable for you. (Please state this request when you book)
Your comfort is encouraged, so please bring whatever helps you feel supported whether that’s your favourite cushion, blankets, eye masks, and coming along in comfy clothes, pyjamas, or even a onesie.
The more at ease your body feels, the easier it will be to unwind.
These sessions are suitable for anyone feeling mentally busy, emotionally stretched, or simply in need of a regular pause.
You’ll leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more settled.
