Emotions & Metaphysical Kinesiology is a gentle, holistic wellbeing practice that focuses on helping you tune into your body, emotions, and thoughts.
It is designed to support self-awareness, emotional regulation, and a sense of balance in your life.
Originating in the 1960s when chiropractors explored how the body responds to stress, this approach uses subtle body-based techniques to guide awareness and encourage relaxation.
It draws inspiration from traditional Chinese medicine, muscle feedback, and energy-focused practices, helping clients notice where tension, stress, or emotional discomfort may be present.
Every session is unique, guided by your own comfort and needs. You can choose to engage with or skip any technique that does not resonate with you at the time.
Sessions are intended to create a supportive, personalised space where you can reflect, relax, and reconnect with yourself.
During a session, a range of supportive wellness techniques may be offered, tailored to your individual needs. These may include:
Essential Oils – Used to enhance relaxation and a sense of wellbeing.
Crystals – Selected to create a calming and grounding environment.
Sound Therapy – Singing bowls, tuning forks, or chimes may be used to help the body and mind relax.
Colour Awareness – Exploration of colours to support mood, focus, and calm.
Meridian or Acupressure Points – Gentle touch to encourage bodily awareness and relaxation.
Affirmations or Positive Statements – Personalised prompts to encourage mindful reflection.
Breathwork Techniques – Guided breathing exercises to support calm and reduce tension.
Energy Clearing Methods – Such as smudging or gentle clearing rituals to create a sense of space and ease.
Guided Visualisation or Meditation – To support integration of the session and encourage emotional presence.
Temporal Tapping – A gentle sequence to encourage awareness and balance during the session.
