USUI Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that focuses on channeling universal life force energy (often referred to as "ki" or "chi") through the practitioner's hands to promote balance, healing, and relaxation. 

It was founded by Dr. Mikao Usui in the early 20th century in Japan, who developed the practice after years of study and spiritual insight. 

Reiki is based on the belief that energy flows through all living things and that blockages in this flow can lead to physical, emotional, and spiritual imbalances. 

By using a series of hand placements on or near the body, Reiki practitioners help clear these blockages and facilitate the natural healing processes of the body. 

It is known to assist with reducing stress, relieving pain, enhancing emotional well-being, and promoting overall harmony and healing.

Seichim Reiki (pronounced “Say-kim”) is a gentle yet powerful form of energy healing that channels divine feminine energy, known for its nurturing, intuitive, and heart-centred qualities. Rooted in ancient Egyptian healing traditions and often seen as a complement or extension of traditional Usui Reiki, Seichim carries a higher vibrational frequency, working deeply on the emotional and spiritual levels.

Unlike the more structured and foundational energy of Usui Reiki, Seichim flows with a softer, more fluid energy that resonates strongly with the heart chakra, helping to awaken compassion, emotional clarity, and inner peace. It’s especially supportive during times of emotional healing, transformation, or when reconnecting with your soul's truth.
